A BOWLING alley has relaunched with 'improved facilities' after undergoing a £400k refurbishment.
Hollywood Bowl, at Basingstoke Leisure Park, in Worting Road, has been refitted with a bigger amusements area, including classics like Mario Kart as well as air hockey, claw machines and more.
The bowling complex has also been updated to include an improved bar and diner with chairs and tables reflecting an American eatery, and a refreshed reception area with neon signage.

Bowling lanes have been fitted with tablets, allowing players to get food and drink delivered straight to their table.
Centre manager, Alun Davies, said: "We’re so excited to bring such a fun offering to Basingstoke and its surrounding areas, with a brilliant mix of entertainment, whatever your taste.
"Whether you’re coming with family or friends, we’re confident that there will be something for everyone."
The Basingstoke ten-pin bowling alley, owned by Hollywood Bowl, is one of the company's 72 centres operating across the United Kingdom.
Customers are advised to pre-book to visit the complex and are advised to wear flat, closed-toed shoes.
