Residents at a Basingstoke care home commemorated Remembrance Day with a variety of activities.
Ashcombe House, in Worting Road, joined the rest of the UK in observing a two-minute silence at 11am on Sunday, November 10.
As well as wearing poppies and watching the televised service from The Cenotaph, residents engaged in therapeutic activities.
The Knit and Natter group crafted numerous poppies, which were displayed outside the home, creating a small poppy field.

The D-Day Dollies entertained the residents with 1940s songs, prompting a sing-along session.
Gerry, a resident at Ashcombe House, said: "I loved singing along to songs from my era."
General manager Louise Lambert said: "We have many residents with personal ties to the military and many who have experienced conflict either at home or abroad, so it was important to us to mark Remembrance Day and honour the contribution of everyone involved in the World Wars and in subsequent conflicts."
Ashcombe House is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers, which is committed to delivering high-quality care across its care homes and hospitals.
The home provides nursing care, residential care and respite care.
