A new general manager has been appointed at a Basingstoke care home.
Jenny Rafemoyo will oversee the running of Barchester Healthcare’s St Thomas care home, in St Thomas Close.
Ms Rafemoyo has managed other care homes across England and has a diploma in management in health and social care and a bachelor’s degree in integrated care.

She said: "I am delighted to join the team here at St Thomas and am enjoying meeting and getting to know our residents.
"I’m looking forward to managing this home and continuing to provide high-quality care."
Johanna Fitzgerald, the regional operations director for St Thomas care home, said: "I am pleased to welcome this addition to the team here at St Thomas.
"We are committed to providing high-quality care and I really think Jenny will be a big hit with our residents."
St Thomas care home is one of more than 200 care homes owned by Barchester Healthcare.
The home regularly holds events and activities for its residents and surrounding neighbours.
It provides dementia and nursing care for residents from respite care to long-term stays.
Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK’s largest care providers.
