Festival Place has opened a Santa’s Grotto that delivers a fantastic festive experience that truly brings the magic of Christmas.

Located between Pro Cook and GoGo Gadget, this charming grotto is a must-visit destination for families looking to create cherished holiday memories.

I visited with my family, including my eight-year-old son, who was awestruck by the Christmas experience inside the room from the moment we entered.

The grotto’s ambiance, adorned with twinkling Christmas trees, gives an unforgettable experience.

One of the highlights was the opportunity to meet Father Christmas, who greeted each child with warmth and genuine kindness.

His gentle demeanour and cheerful spirit brought smiles to everyone’s faces.

Adding to the experience were four cheerful elves who ensured everything ran smoothly.

Their friendly assistance and playful interactions with the children added a delightful touch. Families also had the chance to take photos with Father Christmas—a perfect keepsake for the season.

The grotto, organised by Great Grottos Limited, is open daily until December 24, with a quiet hour every Sunday from 9am to 10am, making it accessible to children who may find busy environments overwhelming.

The grotto closes for a short break between 1pm and 1.40pm each day, so plan your visit accordingly.
