The 15th Shaw healthcare national awards ceremony took place at The Tortworth Court Hotel in Gloucestershire on Thursday, November 14, and was hosted by former EastEnders star, Shaun Williamson.
Rosi was praised by colleagues for enabling residents to participate in various activities, and for showcasing their art and poetry in exhibitions at the home, the Willis Museum and Basingstoke railway station.
Rosi said: "Every day I have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the residents at Homefield House by providing meaningful and person-centred activities.
"The residents motivate me every day to do a good job and when they are happy and smiling that makes my job so rewarding."

The event aims to celebrate the achievements of outstanding staff members across Shaw’s 64 registered services.
Rosi was one of eight award winners recognised at the event.
Russell Brown, CEO of Shaw healthcare, said: "We are delighted to be celebrating the 15th Anniversary of the awards and the number of nominations we received this year has been incredible.
"Each one is an inspirational story of personal achievement and genuine care and we are very lucky to have these people working for Shaw.
"As an employee-owned company, it is important that we celebrate the Shaw family, so I want to say a huge congratulations to Rosi, our other winners and also all the nominees – all of whom exemplify Shaw’s ethos of striving to provide the care we would want for our own loved ones."
As part of the event, guests were treated to music from rock and pop covers band, The Forgery, and a sponsored prize draw.
The Wellness Happiness Kindness award is sponsored by Aqua Protec.
