Loddon Vale indoor bowlers enjoyed a successful weekend as both the men's and ladies' teams progressed in the Hampshire County knockout competitions.
In the Denny Plate, the men’s team triumphed over Five Rivers (Salisbury) 89 to 37, with Five Rivers conceding after 16 of 21 ends, as Loddon led on all rinks.
Loddon will face Camberley in the next round on Saturday, November 23.
Meanwhile, the ladies' team secured victory against Banister Park (Southampton) 87-57.
Although the match was closely contested in the beginning, Loddon Vale pulled ahead decisively in the final stages, securing their place in the next round.
