Seventeen establishments have been assessed, with most achieving excellent scores, showcasing their commitment to high standards of food hygiene.
Food hygiene ratings, which are conducted by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), give businesses a score from five—indicating hygiene standards are very good—to zero, which means urgent improvement is required.
These ratings evaluate the handling of food, the cleanliness and condition of the building and facilities, and the officer's confidence in the establishment, as assessed by food safety officers.
