A NEW dessert parlour is opening in Festival Place next month, and the first 50 customers will receive a free meal.
Heavenly Desserts, which offers a "premium artisan experience," will open its new branch in the town's flagship shopping centre shopping centre in the beginning of December, just in time to tuck into a festive treat.
The new restaurant, which has set up shop in Unit R1A, next door to Cote Brasserie, will officially open its door at 10am on Saturday, December 7.
Sheraz Ahmed, the franchise partner for Heavenly Desserts Basingstoke, expressed his enthusiasm to open the new parlour.

Established in 2008, Heavenly Desserts revolutionised the dessert scene in the UK. The Basingstoke restaurant joins more than 60 pre-existing locations already delighting dessert enthusiasts across the country.
The latest addition to the Heavenly Desserts family is already generating buzz in the local community, thanks to its reputation for "indulgence and elegance."
From luxurious cookie dough to signature waffles, pancakes, and cakes, the menu promises to tempt any palate.
Readers can enjoy these decadent treats alongside a curated selection of artisan teas, rich coffees, and refreshing soft drinks. The restaurant also offers an extensive gluten-free and vegan menu, ensuring inclusivity for all dessert lovers.
