Wet Wet Wet fans in Basingstoke still have time to snap up tickets for the band's latest tour.

Following a sold-out tour at the beginning of 2024, the popular band will perform at The Anvil on Friday, January 29 as part of their 2025 UK tour.

The band will bring their biggest hits to the stage, including songs such as Sweet Little Mystery, Angel Eyes, Goodnight Girl, With a Little Help from My Friends, Sweet Surrender and Julia Says.

Their cover of The Troggs' song, Love Is All Around, which became the soundtrack to the summer of 1994, will also feature in their setlist.

There is still time to get tickets for Wet Wet Wet at The Anvil (Image: Dougie Souness) Recorded for the Richard Curtis film Four Weddings and a Funeral, the song became a monumental worldwide hit which spent an incredible 15 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart.

The band appeared on Top of the Pops 19 times in 1994, with their total 56 appearances on the programme being a record for a Scottish act.

The band have sold more than 15 million singles and albums to date, and have featured in the UK Singles Chart and Album Chart for more than 500 weeks.

Their albums have been certified 20 times platinum in the UK alone.

Their 2025 tour will feature founding member Graeme Clark, long-standing guitarist Graeme Duffin and frontman Kevin Simm.

They will be joined by special guest Heather Small, who will open all the shows.

Clark said: "To be back playing live, in the band I love, playing the songs I love, to people I love, completely fills my heart and soul.

"We can’t wait to see everybody again throughout 2025 in a venue close by."

Simm said: "It’s so exciting to be going back out on tour throughout 2025.

"Our recent concerts created some fantastic memories for us all and it was an incredible experience that I will never ever forget.

"With Heather Small joining us as special guest on this tour it is going to be a great night of hits, energy and fun - I can’t wait."

Small added: "I’m so excited to join Wet Wet Wet on their extensive tour in 2025.

"I’m a fan of their music, so to be able to share these stages with them will be a real pleasure.
