TWO planks of wood caused a hazard on a Basingstoke road during rush hour, police have confirmed.
Hampshire Constabulary was called to the incident on the A339, Hackwood Road roundabout before 9am on Monday, November 25.
Two police cars were in attendance.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said officers were called to “a report of two planks of wood on the carriageway causing a hazard”.
It is not known how the planks of wood got there.
