LOCAL football teams will hope to return to action after wet weather wiped out all the games over the festive period.
Hartley Wintney will be looking to kick start their rise away from the bottom of the Combined Counties League Premier Division as they entertain Chessington and Hook on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).
Whitchurch will hope to maintain the excellent form they showed in the Wessex League Division One before Christmas as they travel to league leaders Team Solent.
In the same division Tadley, who hit 11 goals in their last two games, will hope to continue that when Ringwood visit on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).
In the Hampshire Premier League Overton will be looking to start 2013 with a bang as Hampshire Premier League basement Hamble Club are in town for a 2pm kick-off.
