AS THE play-offs are now under way, we will soon know what our fate is for this season.
At this point, we can reflect on what has been a good campaign for the club on and off the pitch.
There has been significant progress made on the playing front.
We have worked hard to improve things in all areas and I think we have moved on significantly since last season.
It is important that whatever league we are in next season we continue to progress.
Off the field, plenty of tireless work has been going on.
Simon Hood has done a great job of enhancing the image of the club through the Soccer AM partnership.
It has been great for the club and awareness of Basingstoke Town has grown massively.
The exposure the club has received from this has been really valuable to everyone involved.
I know that we still have at least one game to play this season, but I must take this opportunity to thank the supporters for their unbelievable following this campaign.
Home and away, this has been the season with the most amount of noise created by our fans.
It is very much appreciated by the staff and players and I hope you have more to cheer in the next few days.
One last thank you goes to all of the players in our squad this season.
To a man, their effort, application and professionalism has been outstanding.
This group of players deserve success this season and I hope that they, along with the supporters, can give it one last push to get us over the line.
Regards,
Jason
