AFC Aldermaston suffer cup defeat
AFC ALDERMASTON were knocked out of the Berkshire Open Cup as they were beaten 2-0 by visiting Woodcote Stoke Row.
This weekend, AFC return to Thames Valley League Premier Division action, as they travel to bottom side Highmoor Ibis.
Aldermaston are unbeaten in their last five league games which has seen them climb to seventh in the table and when they played Highmoor earlier in the season they beat them 7-1 in September.
