AFC Aldermaston's first game of 2017 ended after 55 minutes due to a floodlight failure at Woodley United's Scours Lane ground.
At the time the home side led 2-1. They had scored early on, which was then clashed out by the Atom Men's Dan Alliston.
A scrappy first half saw Woodley nick the lead when Charlie Oakley slotted home and made it 2-1 at half time.
It was ten minutes after half time where the game took the turn as one of the ground's floodlights failed, this then led to all floodlights failing.
After attempting to get the lights back on, not all of them would light up causing the game to be postponed.
AFC host Finchampstead this Saturday in their next Hellenic League Division One East encounter and will be hoping to complete a double of their Berkshire rivals, having beaten them 3-1 earlier in the season.
The rescheduled game against Woodley United will be at the end of March meaning it could be a tough game for the potential title winners if the season goes down to the wire.
