BASINGSTOKE ice hockey players Leanne Ganney and Chrissy Newman helped Great Britain Women claim the bronze medal at the World Championship Division 2 Group A in Gangneung with a 5-3 victory over Australia.
It was a second-successive third place for GB after last year's bronze medal in Bled.
Captain Ganney ended the tournament as the Brits leading goal scorer as she scored once in their opening four games.
In the British women's win over Australia, Ali Emery scored her first international goal before Angela Taylor made it 2-0.
The Aussies scored either side of the first interval to level things.
Katie Marsden made it 3-2, but Australia hit back again to level again at 28:54. Katie Henry and Taylor's second secured the victory.
Earlier on the same day, South Korea won gold with victory over Netherlands who had to settle for silver.
Great Britain's biggest win came in their fourth game of the tournament as they beat Slovenia 8-2.
Ganney scored in the slot for her fourth goal of the tournament and Marsden scored either of a goal from Saffron Allen.
In the second period, Henry, Casey Traill and Henry again made it 7-0.
Georgina Farman netted number eight at 43:09, before Slovenia scored twice.
In GB's first three games saw them beaten 5-4 by the Netherlands in their opening game and then 3-1 by South Korea in game two, before a 3-2 overtime loss to North Korea. Ganney scored in all three games.
