JUSTIN Rose suffered another missed cut this time at the US PGA Championships being held at the Quail Hollow Club.
The former Robert May’s pupil never recovered after shooting a five over par 76 on the first day of the tournament, which included three bogeys and a double bogey on the back nine.
On day two of the event, starting from hole 10, he got to the turn in par, but then dropped another shot to finish with a 72.
This left him 14 shots behind the leading pair Hideki Matsuyana and Kevin Kisner after two rounds.
Going into today’s final round, Kisner now leads by one shot from Chris Stroud and Matsuyana.
