OVERTON United looked to be on track for their first win of the season as they led for 65 minutes of their Hampshire Premier League contest at Infinity.
Unfortunately, the visitors were then forced to make three changes due to injuries and also conceded a penalty.
With Overton side still trying to organise itself due to he changes the host home scored two quick goals in the space of four minutes, plus one more to condemn them to 4-1 loss.
It had looked so promising after George Jones gave them the lead with a twenty yard shot after two minutes.
However, it was not to be and the side will go again on Saturday at Hedge End Rangers.
Joint manager David Asker said: "We did really well for the first hour, but were forced into changes and then two quick goals knocked the snuffing out of us."
