JUSTIN Rose is very much in the hunt to win the US Open as it enters its final day.
The former Robert May’s pupil is one shot off a four-way tie with one round to go at Shinnecock Hills, Southampton in the New York state.
The 2013 US Open champion shot a three-over 73 on day three of the tournament to leave him on plus four.
The quartet of leaders Daniel Berger, Tony Finau, Brooks Koepka and Duston Johnson are all on plus three.
Rose starts today at 2.02pm local time and 7.02pm BST playing alongside Henrik Stenson.
