NEW Overton United joint managers Ben Dillon and Joe Lawler are looking forward to their first Hampshire Premier League campaign in charge.
They are delighted to have added Mason Saunders an extremely promising young coach and Craig Atkinson their goalkeeper at Hartley into the coaching team.
James Jupp, Alex Jupp, Steven Price, Kirk Smith, Louie Chambers, Darren Turner and Max Elward and Michael Pemberton have all re-signed.
Young Kieran Rodgers, who was on Basingstoke Towns books have joined and from the manager's time at Hartley Craig Barker, Stuart Urquhart, Nathan Hall and Zac Reynolds are all added.
The club are also pleased to welcome back striker Ross Cook.
Overton kick off their campaign away at Paulsgrove and then on Wednesday travel to Stockbridge.
Looking ahead to season, Lawler said: "I think it would be foolish to put any pressure on us or the lads. We just want to make improvements on last year we have had a very quick pre season.
"We are very happy with our squad and will be looking to push Overton on as a football club. Me and Ben want to bring some of our previous experiences into the club, give the players a sense of professionalism and help progress the club as far as possible.
Lawler added: "I think when we talk about incomings it is also important to mention Dean Hutchins who has taken over the reserve team, something myself and Ben see as a really positive step.
"We will be looking to bring the two teams a lot closer this year and utilise the reserve team to push through players into the first team to improve the club as a whole.
