Keith Harsham (44), Matt Thankachan (30) and Greg Donaldson (20) helped to get the score to 149-8 in the end.
Despite Keith Harris snapping up the early wicket of opener Tom Greene, the home side took control as Jon Hudson hit an unbeaten half century and Alex Shephard (37) as they reached 92-2.
Greg Donaldson did snap up a couple of wickets, but Waterlooville reached their target with five overs to spare.
This coming Saturday, they are at home to bottom side South Wilts II.
