TADLEY Calleva extend their unbeaten run to five games with an excellent 1-0 win at Baffins Milton Rovers.
The visitors controlled the game from start to finish and both Tom Walsh and Daryll Phillips had headers cleared off the line.
Phillips then saw another header hit the bar and Brad Neal had a goal disallowed on what looked like a very tight offside decision.
After the break, Tadley got their deserved winner, which came from a Kieran Maylen free-kick.
After this Alex Fragata had a couple chances, while George Farrelly and Daryll Phillips also went close, but it remained 1-0.
Manager Adam Clark said: "I think Saturday's performance was the best we have played since I arrived. We now look to keep our unbeaten run going with a cup tie first."
This Wednesday (September 25), Tadley are now at home in the North Hants Senior Cup quarter-finals against Winchester Castle.
Then on Saturday, they are back in Wessex League Division One action at home to Christchurch and on Tuesday night travel to league leaders Alresford.
